I am
specifically trained in Critical Incident Debriefing.
During the past nine years I have assisted people during natural
disasters and the effects on people at the workplace as well as
layoffs, deaths, robberies, violence and many other unfortunate
events. I taylor make even debriefing with the employer
based on their needs at the time.
I can do groups
large and small, one on ones or just rove the work area and
assess who may or may not needs assistance.
